Bryan Christopher Williams (born Bryan Christopher Brooks) also popularly known by his stage names Birdman and Baby is an American rapper, record executive, and entrepreneur. He was born at Charity Hospital in New Orleans to mother; Gladys Brooks and father; Johnnie Williams. Birdman founded Cash Money Records with his older brother “Ronald Slim Williams” in 1992. In 1997, he became a member of the hip-hop duo “Big Tymers,” along with producer Mannie Fresh. This group was active from 1997 – 2005.
